3 of us at a nearby campground ordered different things from the menu for delivery to our campsite. Delivery was timely and all 3 diverse items were very good. We called in a pickup pizza order a week later and it was very good.

Ordered two pizzas and two desserts. My bill came to 51.17. I was told my pizzas would arrive in 45 minutes. An hour and 1/2 later (after calling and complaining to the manager) my cold pizzas arrived. Long story short, things were not resolved to my satisfaction that night. However, I received a phone call AND message the next day. They really care about their customers which is rarely heard of these days.

Good place to go especially if your dining party includes dogs. Had the brie puff appetizers, which were very flaky puff pastry with a bit of brie inside. We had the small carnivore combo pizza ( plenty for one person ) and the fettuccine Alfredo ( which toy can get with chicken, veggies or both ). I asked for both, but they forgot the veggies. Garlic bread was OK. Friendly staff and good service.

To go order Greg was great. I ordered the only BBQ pizza on the menu, can't remember the name. It was different but really good, I like more BBQ flavor and I tasted more of a cheesy buttery flavor. It was good though. Alittle more jallepeneos than I like. If I were to order it again I'd say more BBQ sauce and less jallepeno.

I came here in January to celebrate my niece's birthday. I was in the mood for a steak and got the blue cheese flavored steak, it was horrible. I had to pat the whole thing with a napkin because the blue cheese sauce was just some nasty butter mix. I loved the thai appetizer though with the peanut butter sauce. Wont be coming back here when I visit mountain home again.

It's not just pizza, tho the pizzas look delicious. We had a gourmet dinner of Sonoma chicken stuffed with spinach, roasted red peppers , and cheese. The chicken was tender, spiced, & cooked perfectly. Grilled hearts of romaine was unique & wonderful; stuffed with bacon, tomato, & goat cheese. We ordered Brie stuffed kisses to take home for breakfast. Tho they are on the appetizer menu, we recommend them for dessert. Husband says Rocky Mountain Pizza & Grill could take it to New York. He means "the city."

BARF! Probably the worst pizza I have ever had in a long time and too pricey at that! Little Caesars is better but if in Mountain Home then definitely go to FATTY's!!!

Our rally team was in Mountain Home for the Idaho Rally. We travel with heavy numbers, about 12 of us and three kids besides. Thanks to yelp.com I was able to do some research and find suitable places for our merry band of traveling horsepower to eat. Now, you can research all you want, but it ain't until the food hits the plate that you really know if you stuck the landing. Smoky Mountain Pizza looked the part from the outside and once inside we could smell something good was cooking in the kitchen. So far, things look promising. The menu was large, many options with pizza and pasta and sides and salads and on and on. We all made our decisions and the table of ours was all over the place ordering most everything on the menu from pizza to pasta to salads. I want to acknowledge the waitresses at this point, our server, Mary, was absolutely fantastic. She took our great numbers in stride, got everything right, was fast on the refills and all with a smile. Other waitresses were helping her during the course of the meal and all of them were top notch. A teammate and I decided to split a Carnivore Combo pizza, which was all sorts of meats. We started with some small Caesar salads to counteract the protein and dairy onslaught of carbs we were about to ingest. The salad was nice and refreshing, it could have been a little bigger I thought but I was hungry at the time. As the food started to arrive the table looked like an Italian Buffet when everything was delivered. People traded here and tasted there, bottles of wine were all drained in the name of team harmony and all the while Mary was scampering around the table handling the little details. The pizza was quite good. The crust was a thinner one which I like, not too much sauce but the sauce that was on there had a good herbal taste to it. The cheese was not remarkable, it was just kind of there but it wasn't bad either. The meat toppings were quite good, not greasy and each had a very distinct flavor when eaten one at a time. The rally went badly for our team with three of our four cars falling off the road in varying degrees making it hard to say whether we will return to Mountain Home next year but one thing could be a motivating factor it would the friendliness and food at Smoky Mountain Pizza & Pasta. That and revenge on the rally, but the pizza is in there someplace.

My star ratings are based on how the restaurant compares to all other restaurants I've eaten at, not just how it rates for that particular market. For the Mt. Home market, this is probably a 4 star restaurant and probably one of the best choices. I haven't really tried any other locations, but that just seems to be my take after reading other reviews and then eating here. The food here was good, but the Rajin Cajun dish I had just lacked the pop I was really hoping for. What kind of caught us off guard a little bit was how generous they were to our three kids. They gave them a coloring book. (not a single page or a folded menu to color but a whole book). Plus each one got a Frisbee. Then some Teddy Grahams. I'm wondering if they made any money on the kids meals. I'm only giving this place 3 stars which is a bit stingy but again I'm looking at this place compared to restaurants in other locales such as New York. Nonetheless, if I ever had to eat in Mt. Home again this is probably the first place I would choose.

Stopped here while travelling through Mountain Home. The service was fantastic and the food was actually really good! They also serve Roy Rogers (cola and grenadine), which was a pleasant surprise. If I'm ever in Mountain Home again I will definitely return here.

Given the dining options in Mountain Home, we freaking ate here TWICE IN ONE WEEK. I didn't find the pizza particularly interesting, but it was good. The two dishes that I liked the most were the Southwest rolls and the chicken picatta. It definitely wasn't your classic chicken picatta but it tasted like it and it hit the spot. Coupled with some pretty sweet beers on tap, this place is a solid bet for the area. *edit: Oh right, on your birthday you get a free entree... one of us was unfortunate to be on a work trip on his birthday (twice in a row!) but at least he got a free meal... that the company would have paid for....

Ive been going here since they opened in 1997. They have maintained the reputation as the best restaraunt in town. I love the food and atmosphere. One constant is my favorite server named Michelle. She has always treated me with respect and keeping a light environment while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism. With people like her and great food, they will always be the staple of this great restaraunt! Highly reccomend.

Slow. That's all I can really say. Slow. My wife and I stopped in there for lunch and it took almost 15 minutes to be seated. No, we weren't waiting in line, they just couldn't get around to seating us. Granted the place was buzzing and the pizza, pasta, salad bar was being decimated by a horde of guys from the near by Air Force base, it must have been hard to keep up. But then we finally got around to ordering (pasta for the wife and a personal pizza for me)... the salad came fairly quickly, but it wasn't until about 45 minutes later that our entree's showed up. The pizza was mediocre and didn't make up for the wait. Slow... too slow.

Smoky Mountain Pizza is chain establishment, and it's one of the nicer restaurants in Mtn Home. The pizza is good, and the pasta dishes are decent. Lunch time has a salad bar, and they have a few micro brews on tap. The service is friendly and the bathrooms are clean.

Just tried it for the first time and it was delicious. I ordered the calzone and was more than pleased with the taste of the food. The service was also great.

Lots of interesting sounding menu items, with something for everyone. Good pizza, and the grill items are even better. Good selection of beer on tap. Friendly, prompt service. One of the best restaurants in Mtn Home.

We were expecting a nice meal because this restaurant was highly recommended by hotel staff; however, it was awful. Salmon was edible, remainder of meal was terrible. Salad was tired, vegetable unidentifiable and grilled too long, potatoes looked like potato salad but were hot... strong conflicting flavors that made them inedible.

Great service. Huge menu, salads, sandwiches, pasta & made to order pizza. We had Garlic Chicken Pizza. The sauce was a little too sweet for my liking, and could have used a little more herbs. But it was fresh and tasty, nonetheless.
